Refund Policy

To confirm your reservation for a Momentum experience, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before the start of the experience.

​

If a participant cancels their reservation:

• Cancellations made more than 40 days before the experience will receive a refund of the amount paid, excluding the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 40 days of the start date are non-refundable.​

​

If Momentum needs to cancel the experience due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants, all payments made by participants will be fully refunded.

​

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance if needed.
