By booking a Momentum experience, participants agree to the following terms:

Participants must be physically capable of taking part in open water swimming and outdoor activities. Momentum experiences are designed for active individuals who are comfortable swimming in natural environments.

Each participant is responsible for their own health condition and must inform the organizers of any relevant medical issues before the experience begins.

Participants agree to follow the guidance and safety instructions provided by the organizers during all activities.

Momentum reserves the right to modify the schedule or activities if necessary due to weather conditions, safety considerations or other unforeseen circumstances.

Momentum is not responsible for personal equipment, travel arrangements or personal belongings during the experience.

​

Participation in Momentum experiences implies acceptance of these terms.
