DAY 1 – THURSDAY

Welcome to Momentum

• Arrival in Girona/Barcelona → private transfer option available (not mandatory)

• Check-in at the masia and welcome drink (Empordà DO white wine or artisan kombucha)

• 5:00 PM – Activity: Walk along the Camí de Ronda to Calella de Palafrugell and swim back to the cove → first Mediterranean immersion

• Group dynamic to open the experience (set intentions)

• Dinner at the masia: charcuterie board and local natural products

DAY 2 – FRIDAY

Swim the Coast

• Mediterranean breakfast

• Combined swimming + walking route in open water:

  • Llafranc → Cala Pedrosa (swimming)

  • Cala Pedrosa → Tamariu (walking)

  • Tamariu → Cala del Cau (swimming)

  • Cala del Cau → Llafranc (walking)

    (with safety support and technical guidance)

• Healthy picnic at Tamariu beach

• Afternoon rest at the masia (gentle stretching and free time)

• Next day briefing

• Dinner in Tamariu with fresh seafood and Empordà DO wines

  
  

DAY 3 – SATURDAY

Ride & Recharge

• Breakfast at the masia

• E-bike gravel route through vineyards and medieval villages

  • Pals → Peratallada → Ullastret

Lunch in Monells with wine tasting and local products

• Relaxed return via rural trails

• Rest time at the masia (pool, massage, or reading)

• Exclusive dinner at the masia: barbecue with Catalan cuisine and live music

DAY 4 – SUNDAY

Closing the Circle

• Morning swim at Aiguablava

• Final lunch: rice stew at a seaside restaurant

• Free time for farewells and personal reflection

• Return transfer (option to Girona/Barcelona)
