DAY 1 – THURSDAY, 3 SEPTEMBER

 Welcome to Momentum Open Water

• Arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI)

• Car rental and group distribution (5 shared cars)

• Transfer to Alcúdia

• Check-in at Hotel Moré · 4★ seaside hotel with panoramic views over Port de Pollença Bay

• Weekend briefing: safety, logistics and flow of the experience

• Group welcome moment and intention setting

DAY 2 – FRIDAY, 4 SEPTEMBER

 Swim the Tramuntana Coast

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Excursion to Cala Deià

• Open water coastal swim along cliffs and caves

 → Approx. 2.5 km rocky coastline swim

• Visit to Valldemossa

• Traditional Mallorcan lunch (pa amb oli, local dishes)

• Afternoon rest at the hotel

• Optional visit to the walled old town of Alcúdia

• Dinner at the hotel

DAY 3 – SATURDAY, 5 SEPTEMBER

 Formentor Crossing

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Participation in the 21st edition of the Formentor Open Water Crossing

• 7 km open water crossing

  → From Formentor Beach to Mal Pas

 • Official event organised by Ajuntament d’Alcúdia

 • Post-crossing lunch at Port de la Victòria

 • Afternoon rest and recovery

DAY 4 – SUNDAY, 6 SEPTEMBER

 Caves, Cliffs & Farewell

• Breakfast at the hotel

 • Check-out

 • Transfer to the east coast of Mallorca

 • Open water coastal swim at Cala Varques

 → Approx. 2.5 km rocky swim

 → Sea caves, natural arches, jumps and underwater passages

 • Picnic lunch on the beach

 • Transfer back to Palma Airport (PMI)
